There doesn't seem to be any machine specific informtion attached to your email, it appears to be just a copy of an empty bug reporting template. If you are trying to install OpenBSD on this machine, it would be more helpful to us to show the actual output from the OpenBSD installation or running system where it fails, rather than hardware information gathered from another OS, (at least as a first step).
