This used to be one of the faster mirrors for me here in SE Asia, though at present freedif.org in Singapore is faster. I have emailed the ml.riken.jp server admins to ask if this is an accidental misconfiguration which they may like to correct. The repo.jing.rocks Japan mirror has an expired certificate and a 503 message "Temporary maintenance", so maybe could be disabled for now. Chris
