Get ports per the URL and untar the file
https://www.openbsd.org/faq/ports/ports.html#PortsFetch
Then do something like this:
find /usr/ports/ -name pledge\*
You can append the subdir to /usr/ports if you want to limit
the search, maybe use /usr/ports/www/. The search could run
for quite a while.
