Occasionally a diff like the following will appear in the daily
insecurity output mail:

-OpenBSD 7.7 (GENERIC.MP) #625: (OLD DATE)
+OpenBSD 7.7 (GENERIC.MP) #2: (SOMEWHAT NEWER DATE)

I originally thought this was the product of the kernel being re-linked
on boot, but diff, in this case, appeared months after the "somewhat
newer date" in the 2nd entry.

Therefore, if this is the result of kernel re-linking, it took several
months for security(8) to notice. That doesn't seem likely.

What's going on here?
