I personally tested a DL360 G4 with SAS/P600 and it worked like a charm (after a small patch I've sent; this is in 3.9-STABLE). Actually, ciss(4) doesn't really care if the controller is SAS or not. It just works, unlike LSI mpt(4). There is some hacking going on to add SAS support for it. If all goes well, that will make it into 4.0.
