You'll need to check the BIOS for settings related to Intel Rapid Storage (RST) or VMD (Volume Management device) and disable them in order to pass the native NVMe device to OpenBSD.
Unfortunately some machines do not provide this option in the BIOS, if that is the case for your machine, you will be unable to install to the internal SSD. -Bryan.
