POOL_DEBUG in 7.9

I noticed that GENERIC
(https://cvsweb.openbsd.org/checkout/src/sys/conf/GENERIC,v?rev=1.304)
for 7.9 appears to have POOL_DEBUG enabled.

Is this an oversight?
