Where possible I normally use either serial console or IPMI SoL for out-of-band access, and configure conserver to record activity. Worst case, photos of screen (+ transcribe at least the key parts of this if reporting, e.g. panic message, functions in the trace). -- Please keep replies on the mailing list.
