it's quite some work to get xine working on 3.8. probably not worth the trouble, really. mplayer and ffplay (from ffmpeg) should be able to play mjpeg files. and then there's mjpegtools, with which you should be able to play, edit, and transcode mjpeg files. -- <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
