Thanks to whoever put clamav-0.88.2 into ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.9/packages/i386
The permissions on the file are 644, and I expect that they should have been 444. There are about a half dozen other files, all new additions that also have the same unexpected permissions.
