i can confirm this on a 3200.

a few notes:
- ensured battery was fully charged (using some of the suggestions
  previously posted on this list)
- no cf cards or usb devices attached

not running apmd
  - tapping the button on the front suspends and wakes the device

running apmd with no flags, -A, or -C
  - tapping the button on the front suspends, but tapping again doesn't
    resume.
  - invoking zzz(8) suspends, but again, nothing resumes
  - pulling the battery is the only way to "recover"

-current jun 5th snapshot. (i don't have a may 19th one to test, and i
believe 3200 support was added post-3.9) i'd be willing to try one if
someone can direct me to one.

cheers,
okan
