Your question seems to have to with Postfix rather than OpenBSD. Hence, this is not really the appropriate list. Besides that, given the error message, I suspect careful reading should provide you a hint of how to solve the problem yourself. Check your amavisd/clam-av configuration wrt. the existence of /tmp/clamd.
