My 2 cents,

-w is not documented in pfctl(8). What does it do?

It is an option.

Would it be beneficial to add an "Options" modifier to pfctl's -s arg in
order to verify all options?

# pfctl -s Options
Options: Values:
loginterface em0
optimization normal
block-policy drop
state-policy floating
skip on lo0 fxp1
