Help im stuck
I am trying to replace a router with a OpenBSD 3.9 gateway.
I read documents on inernet how to setup openbsd gateway and i printed all
PF section on ineternet but i still can't get my webbrowser
(Firefox)on client computer to work propperly.
i have a pppoe conn. to my isp and i managed to get it working.
on the internal interface rl1 my hostname.rl1 looks like this: inet
192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0 NONE
1. Is my hostname.rl1 OK do i have to add an alias for client( XP ) comp
on the internal side of network i have a hub with for now 1 comp. running
XP. I configured tcp/ip with this params.
IP : 192.168.0.5
subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1
dns: 192.168.0.1
now i go to setting up PF. i set it up accordingly to pf - firewall for home
of small office..
macros, options, scrub
2. what would be the NAT rule in my case
I tried the rule from pf - NAT section and pf - firewall for home of
small office and it doesnt work
