Pfff! At best I'd say "w = possibly yes".... having seen various antivirus programs pop and say "i detected that i'm propagating this malware, but i'm not stopping it!" or "i just received this malware and i dropped the ball now i'm infected too!" -- GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
