type "terminal server" into ebay. lots of options (old decservers, cisco 2509/2511/2511RJ, lantronix, xylogic annex, livingstone/lucent portmaster etc). you might need to do some research, they won't always come with everything you need to actually use them (in some cases: AUI/10baseT transceivers, proprietary cables, flashcards, more RAM).
