What makes you think the FreeBSD drivers are vulnerable? The eEye advisory (http://research.eeye.com/html/advisories/published/AD20061207.html) doesn't mention FreeBSD.
Also, the advisory says it's a strcpy problem, and there aren't any strcpys in the OpenBSD driver.
