Hmm, well I have never been able to connect to a Widnows "share" on another subnet, even if I used the IP address. I recognixethat there are issues wirh Windoes equiv. of DNS (WIns etc). For example I've got 2 Windows boxes on the internal networks described above, and even though I can ping between them, and thier are no pf rules blocking naything between the 2 subnets, I can's mount a share even by IP address. What else could I be misiing? -- Unix is very simple, but it takes a genius to understand the simplicity. (Dennis Ritchie)
