hi there, i am trying to troubleshoot a usb external disk. the disk detaches while mounted and used.
how can i umount / before i am going to reboot? syncing cannot work in this case of course, but that leaves only the external disk in a dirty state, not my /, hence the question. is it possible to do it before getting dropped into ddb? or is it possible to do it from ddb? some posts past implied that anything is possible from ddb :D -f -- why is the alphabet in that order? is it because of that song?
