I'm having problems with ospfd in -current
Up until about 2 weeks ago this was working however since updating to
more recent snapshots (including last night's build) ospfd no longer
seems to recognise link on the vlan interface at boot up

As you'll see if I kill and restart ospfd the link shows as active
and everything seems to work as it should.

This was definitely working with the same config with January
snapshots .. but checking logs on source-changes I can't really see
anything "obvious" that would explain this.
The config we have here on this particular router is a little
complex ... I've not had chance to try this on a simpler config as yet.
bge0 and bge1 are configured as trunk0
vlan544 then uses trunk0 as its vlandev
If I revert to the earlier snapshot ospfd comes up fine on reboot
without manual intervention.
