I'm using a recent snapshot. I used to be able to type in unicode characters using vim-no_x11 or even using ed(1) under uxterm. It is no longer possible. The characters I was able to type was Turkish characters dotless i, g breve and s cedilla. I have the line "XkbLayout" "tr" in xorg.conf. I think the problem is related to uxterm.
