This looks very much like a board I tested about 6 years ago.

It's just a small PC. Connect hard disk + CD to IDE (you'll need an
adapter cable, which came with my board), connect a PS2 keyboard
and a vga monitor and you can start your install as usual. Later
you can switch to CF and get a solid state router.

If you read about soekris on the list archive, most of the hints apply
to this board. Soekris 4801, by the way, is about 250 Euros, and has
proven very reliable and hassle-free over time.
