It's possible to install OpenBSD not in the beginning of your disk.
Read example in 4.5.2 section in FAQ.

Don't forget that hard disks manufacturers indicates the volume
in decimal gigabytes. Therefore volume of your hard disk is 
approximately 74.5 binary gigabytes.
