Still no go. However, it doesn't appear to be a OpenBSD specific issue. FreeBSD and Debian CD installers won't boot from the external CD drive either. Currently, I can boot the machine with a Solaris install CD or from Solaris that had been installed on the HDD prior to me receiving the computer. Can I copy bsd.rd onto one of the drives and then boot from that to install?
