You are still running 4.2, not 4.3. You cannot compile 4.3-stable on a system running 4.2. Did you really do a fresh install? Maurice BTW: you can find binaries for 4.3-stable at ftp://ftp.z74.net/pub/OpenBSD/4.3-stable/ . Not for all architectures, but sparc64 is available. Of course it's up to you to decide if you have enough trust in me to use them.
