I have OpenBSD 4.2 and 4.3 on several DL360 G2s. Maybe there's a compatability problem between your media and the drive? Make sure your mainboard and controller firmware are up-to-date and try playing with the "OS Type" setting in BIOS, and/or APIC settings if they exist.
