Yup, I've seen it and I'm confirming it since I have the same motherboard as you do. No need to play with pcibios, just set ahci in bios. Also, acpi + mp kernel worked best for me, you get better interrupt handling and ioapic. With that I'm getting 60MB/sec transfer rates on integrated NIC with samba and giga network.
