Well, I've looked at various ports that don't build yet in parallel mode,
or don't build all the time, and frankly, I don't want the churning that
goes with it, between people who are going to mark ports USE_GMAKE for no
good reason, between misguided fixes that run around current bugs in our
make, and stuff that doesn't build all the time.
