Support for DVB tuner cards

Is there any support for PCI DVB tuner cards?
I was thinking to set up my OpenBSD firewall/server as an IPTV server for my
internal network. The idea is that I would be able to connect to it with
Kaffeine or VLC from my Linux machines.
Currently using the card (Technotrend DVB-C) with the "budget-ci" driver
under Linux.
