AMD has their own version of Intel AMT, included in their 780V chipset. http://ixbtlabs.com/articles3/mainboard/amd-780-740-chipsets-p2.html But AMD doesn't seem to have created a marketing name for their AMT-like technology. Instead, they just refer to the technical standards that it supports: IPMI, DMTF DASH, and DMTF ASF.
