i am not sure if i would categorize these as "whinings". Seems more of a concern. Although, I don't understand why someone expecting correct checksum but seeing otherwise would continue on with the installation. It is almost like if you try to ssh to what you expect is a server you log into regularly, but you get the @s warning about the key for the host having changed, yet without further validation you enter your user-id/password.
