You are offering plenty of space for the required OpenBSD mirror stuff (see the ftp page for details). Given that you'v got plenty of space and you want to "focus on data that is useful," I suggest mirroring snapshots as well. I host a third tier mirror and much of my traffic is dovoted to folks updating snaps. As others have said, third tier mirrors sync to second tier mirrors and, given that you're in Europe, the following are the second tier mirrors there.
