After they authenticate on 587 they will match local rules. Off the top of my 
head add something like:
 

 
accept from local for domain "foobar.com" virtual  <virtusertable>  deliver ...
 

 I always forget if it's first match wins or last match so double check that 
then put it in the correct position above or below the local rules it's
