All you have to do is just have the final delivery happen to an mbox
location. For example:
action "action01" mbox alias <aliases>
action "action02" relay
match from any for domain "example.org" action "action01"
match from local for any action "action02"

>From there you should be able to use a mail reader like alpine or mutt.
