[Misdn-asterisk] Duplicated DTMF

I've been getting duplicated DTMF on incoming calls, the threshold is 
50, tried to raise back to 100  but without luck.

Any idea what is 'causing the problem? I'll try to revert back to 1.1.5 
from 1.1.6 just in case.
