I don't use oslec with mISDN for 2 reason:
1. i don't have much echo issues with ISDN;
2. oslec has been designed for TDM400P and does not work well mISDN
since mISDN has a completly different subsystem;
I also suggest you to use Digium 4BRI that has Hardware EC onboard.
