Amy, Before the Girls Only came out, we were always in competition with the youth group by trying to have a Ys group. The only idea that I could come up with is to have the girls that are interested to have it during Wednesday evening service and let a girl alternate turns by letting her have the Girls Only meeting at her house (if the pastor and coordinator approves). This way the girl can send invitations to her school friends to come and this would be a friendly way to encourage them for Sunday school and other functions that the church has. Like afterglow reception after a Sunday evening service. I hope this helps you out any.
