Hi Mike,
I wanted to add a little something to this suggestion.
My husband and I worked with the youth a few years back.
We asked them what they wanted to discuss. Almost
immediately they said anything but sex or drugs. They
said that all they ever hear in school and at home was
on to get involved in either one. Well, being stubborn
and ready for a challange, we decided to talk about them
anyway. When you approach the topics from a biblical
perspective, you can show these children things they
have never considered. They know all the health risks
and reputation stuff, but they never look at it from the
side of Jesus. I totally agree that you need to talk to
the kids about it!
God Bless,
Beth Burlew
