Southwest Missouri has been a conservative bellwether for the Republican Party for decades. It is also known for being the buckle of the Bible belt in the heart of America. The founder of "Fearless Voter" is Lisa Leach. Lisa is a recent active, but now former, member of the conservative Missouri Republican Assembly. She came up with the idea in June as she began to see that there is something terribly wrong going on within the Republican Party and realized it was also as problematic within the Democratic Party. The official launch was scheduled to begin just after the Republican National Convention was held but ended up being almost simultaneous with Congressman Ron Paul's press conference today announcing nearly the exact idea. The mission: Encourage American citizens to show up to the polls and vote our Constitution in this Presidential Election in November. By providing resources for review about the founding documents, the electoral college process, how write-in votes work, what is a Constitution-based Party versus an unconstitutionally-based Party, and that by voting our Constitution and our consciences we are truly the only votes that count.
