You all do understand what a BILL is. I am Sure you do. A Bill is like an unborn baby. It is conceived by several people and planted in or on paper. Kind'a like a child. It is thought out and generally by two or more consenting adults. Then the Bill will be studied by specialist check ups every now and then. Just like a child that is needing to be born. This baby will be pocked at and pounded on for several months like a baby in the mother. It wants to live just like an unborn baby. It needs nourishment. Now some people will want to kill this little thing because it has some defects maybe or they can't pay for it or it will take too much time to care for it. The Bill H.R 25 is about 8 years old now. Can you imagine a 8 year old baby in the mothers belly? Many people in the Senate and Congress don't want this baby borne. It will cost them their job. This Bill will KILL 712 other BILLS.
