The fate of the State Sovereignty Resolution (HCR-13) is in your hands as you
allow this piece of legislation to remain stuck in the Senate Rules Committee.
Please move to have this resolution reported from committee and demand that the
committee chairman, Senater Engler, report the resolution to the floor for
consideration by the full Senate in the current session.
Failure to do so will demonstrate a lack of leadership on the part of each and
every member of this committee and will indicate a lack of commitment to the
principles set forth in the U.S. Constitution.
