I would oppose awarding this grant money, but only to the extent I
oppose the creation of the grant program in the first place. The
"Cordoba Initiative" matches the purpose of the grants in every
respect and is exactly what the money was allocated for, but it should
never have been allocated in the first place because we do not want
the government deciding what is validly "cultural" and what is not
(and it has no authority to so judge in any case).
