I am doing historical research on computer science, and would like to
find a tarball of the MIT Scheme distribution from sometime late in
1987, which would be the exact version used by someone working through
the SCIP book at that time.
I have found the changelog online:
http://swiss.csail.mit.edu/ftpdir/mit-scheme/7.7/7.7.1/changelog.txt
Which does go back to the beginning, but not the actual tarballs.
Does anyone still have the actual tarballs?
