As we all know that thd coordsys the data receive from the GPS machine
is WSG84.And wo should convert it from WSG84 to another . So Does
MITAB have been convert the coordsys from WSG84 to another? Or have not?
I haven't found any code about the projection of coordsys in MITAB dir.
