I am a new user of mitab, and now I am urgent for help. I found you are
using the
mitab too , so I send this email to you .Any advise is appreciated, and great
thanks to give
me a hand. The following is some questions.
1. Can I use the mitab lib to open and write the vector file format basing on
the Linux and
QT? I want the function of display ,drag , zoom in and out ,using this functions
to operate
the vector map!
2. Could anyone give me the difference among the Mitab, Org , Gdal ? I want to
use Linux
and QT to develop an embeded car navigation system, and the map just use the
Mapinfo
standard map. Which lib should I choose to develop?
3. Are there any simple methods to develop my car navigation project? The
embeded system
is Linux ,and the gui is just QTE.
