Dear Despoina, please, try to state your problem as accurate as possible to allow others to find an answer to your question. Short questions usually don't provide enough information! State what you have already tried, paste in code snippets and describe what doesn't work. Then, if you already have send the same question to the board, please reference it in the subject to allow to relate it. The subject "helppp" won't really help. Strange, I know. ;) >From your last mails I assume that you want to connect a new file format to >MITK in order to load it. So you already have written a file reader and writer? Then you don't want the colors, which MITK assigns to the data by default, to be used, right? You want the data to be displayed differently? What kind of data is it? Images, surfaces, vectors,... ? Usually, you can interactively change colors in the Functionality "DataTreeManager" by selecting the data in data tree and changing the color property in the list of properties. If there is no such property, then you might have to add it to the properties which are assigned for your base data after adding the data to data tree. Or do you want to define a lookup table as Juan assumed? Have a nice morning you too, Ingmar ________________________________
