Hello,
I'd like to segment my data, and extract ROI of the volume data.
I used InteractiveSegmentation Module to segment my data, and saved it
in "Segmentations" window, "Save segmentation to file" as .vtk or .vti. It
seemed like that the .vtk file was only binary mask, and didn't have
gray-scale value. Is that true? And if I save the project in the main memu
as .mitk file, when I opened the project again, it crashes.
So does that means MITK can not get the segmentation with both position
and grayscale value? And why the .mitk project file can not be opened?
