Hi, sorry for the long delay. I just tried again with a fresh checkout and recompile. Using QmitkRegionGrowing works on CT and MRT images without a problem for me. Did you select the correct source image in the combo box and then set som seedpoints using shift+LMB before starting the RegionGrowing? Regards, Jochen
