I configed the mitk-0.10.0 with Cmake-2.6.3 based on VC2005, VTK-5.2.1,
ITK-3.8.0 and Qt-4.5.0 and compiled the MITK.sln successfully. But there was
not project MainApp in MITK.sln. Why? I want to run the interface in VC2005 as
the picture below (the same interface as the MITK - Main Application.exe). How
to do? Please help!
