2. Crash when open a JPEG. There is the glViewport again when the
viewport gets resized. I had the same error when i failed to launch
the MainApp with qt3 a few weeks ago.

#2      0x089e3a90 in QmitkRenderWindow::resizeEvent

This needs some debugging, I'll try to get a colleague with more
OpenGL background to debug into this.

Hi Daniel,

that would be great!

Rendering in Tutorial Step 3 works fine with rev. 16928. But the window content gets drawn wrong (also for Step1 and 2): When the window get's displayed the first time, only a part in the upper left corner gets drawn correctly. The rest reamains in window ground layer colour (screenshot step3). Maybe this is related to the glViewport issue.

Tutorial with Pic3D.pic.gz:
- Step4 works good.
- Stap5 looks like Step4.
- Step6 does not show any respond on the button "start region growing" unless there is increasing cpu load after pressing it.

Maybe there is a respond from the interactors, but it isn't displayed.

3. Crash when open 3D image .../Testing/Data/Pic3D.pic.gz:

#3      0x007fc891 in mitkIpPicFReadCvt
#4      0x007fa052 in mitkIpPicGetHeader

This could be a problem with using the wrong zlib version or with
errors in the ipPic library. Either way it‘s ugly.

The error disappeared. Now only the glViewport error occurs.

5. Crash when switching to view Interactive Segmentation:
#0      0x074ff53a in QmitkSlicesInterpolator::Initialize
#1 0x1d19edf8 in QmitkInteractiveSegmentationView::CreateQtPartControl

A colleague is already fixing this issue.

He did good work!
Thank you for the fixes!

Regards,

Andreas
